How fast do you ship and what are the delivery estimates?

All orders are processed (hand-packed in Bali) within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Domestic (Indonesia): 2–5 business days.
  • International: Australia (3–7 business days). USA, Canada, Europe, & UK (5–10 business days).

You will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

For exchanges, the fastest way is to return your current item and place a new order. Note: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Are there customs fees or import taxes for international orders?

Verbo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international order. All duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

What fabric do you use and how do I know the quality?

We specialize in the Boxy Oversized Tee silhouette. We use premium cotton air for our tees and other high quality materials to provide the structure needed for the perfect fit - not thin, see-through materials. You can find our size guide on each product page.
