SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Please note that during high-volume periods or local holidays, processing may take an additional day.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)
We offer shipping via JNE, J&T, and GoSend (for Bali area).
- Bali (Instant/Same Day): Available via GoSend/Grab Express for orders placed before 2:00 PM WITA.
- Rest of Indonesia: 2-5 business days depending on your location.
- Cost: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping (Australia, USA, & Rest of World)
We ship globally using premium carriers (DHL Express / FedEx) to ensure your items arrive safely.
- Australia: Estimated 3-7 business days.
- USA & Canada: Estimated 5-10 business days.
- Europe & UK: Estimated 5-10 business days.
Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and the destination.
3. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)
Verbo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- For International Customers: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Verbo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@verbolabel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- Domestic (Indonesia): We can ship to P.O. Boxes via Pos Indonesia.
- International: Some private carriers (like DHL Express) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address to ensure smooth delivery.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and email us immediately at hello@verbolabel.com.
- Lost: Verbo is not liable for packages lost by the carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
7. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at hello@verbolabel.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
